Bare Minerals "Modern Pop" Spring 2015 Collection

Bare Minerals is notorious for their fun spring collections. When I saw their 2015 "Modern Pop" Collection I wasn't sure I'd be able to swing the colors. Luckily I played around with them and instantly fell in love with the pop of pastels and peaches!

Modern Pop has a very fun twiggy-ish vibe pulling in soft pastels and a line of peach lipsticks that will suit almost any skin tone. The entire collection consists of:

I picked up the quad, a lipstick, and creme top coat (they seemed to be my favorites from the full collection!)
Marvelous Moxie Lipstick "Dream Big", Marvelous Moxie Top Coat Creme "Pearl Glaze" and READY 4.0 Quad "The Modern Icon"
"The Modern Icon" 4.0 READY Palette

The READY quad is definitely my favorite piece from Modern Pop. The shadows blend seamlessly and each have a soft satin finish. The polka dot detail is also a cute touch! "Chic" (pearl pink), "Carefree" (satin peach), "Sophisticate" (soft lavender), and "Exhale" (dusty grey) each create a fresh pastel eye.

"Dream Big" Lipstick and "Pearl Glaze" Gloss create a soft peachy nude finish. The gloss transforms your lipstick into a full creme finish.

  1. Oh wow! That lip combo is flawless on you! Totally need to get those later!!

  2. Girl, your eyebrows look great! And that whole look with the eyeshadows, I just love it. You made spring come early for me :)

  3. This makeup look is gorgeous on you! I love your videos and blog.

  4. Just ordered this eye quad from Amazon, having fallen in love with the gloss from the collection. I'm wondering, now that you've had it awhile, how the palette itself is wearing-- did the stamp pattern eventually cause breakage in the shadows in their pans? Note-- love the soft blended look you've shown here. These colors are going to be the basis of my own fall/holiday look, so I was scoping out how others have used them, and found your pretty blog.

  5. I have bookmarked your blog, the articles are way better than other similar blogs.. thanks for a great blog!
