I've been in the same boring skin care rut for quite some time now. If anyone knows me, they probably know I'm a skin care fanatic and never go to bed without cleansing and applying my regular routine products. Lately, I feel like my skin has been more dull than usual and after receiving some samples of new products from Sephora, I'm thinking I want to do a little bit of switching up products in my daily routine!
- Origins GinZing Energy Boosting Moisturizer - I got a couple of samples of this when I ordered from Sephora recently. I decided to give one of the packets a shot a few nights ago and as soon as I felt of the light gel texture, I thought immediately that it wouldn't be the product for me. To my surprise, it felt AMAZING on my face. It's almost as it melted into a light weight oil. Plus it smells just like a ripe orange. I've already added it to my Christmas list!
- GlamGlow Mud Mask - This was another product I received a sample of. There's no doubt that this product has been raved about by thousands of people. I'm not a "mask" kind of girl but I had some extra time on my hands one night and used the GlamGlow "Dual Cleanse" Treatment. It felt rather tingly for the first few minutes but quickly went away. I let it sit on my face for about 15 minutes and after washing it from my face I noticed that it transformed into an oil which I further massaged into my skin. I can see why people love this product. It really did leave my skin feeling free of impurities plus ultra soft when I woke up the next morning. I'm not sure I can justify the price though! Sephora has a value set currently but it's still a money drainer!
- Caudalie Moisturizing Toner - I never use toners. I've always had problems with them burning my face or leaving my skin tight and dry. After reading the reviews of this toner, I think I may want to give it a try. I know my skin is left with excess dirt and oils even after washing with my hands (I don't use my Clarisonic every night because it dries my face out) so it would be nice to have a toner than can sweep away any excess product without drying my skin out!
- Caudalie Makeup Removing Cleansing Water - UGH! I've been dying to try a cleansing water. They're really hard to get a hold of in the United States unless you order internationally online. After browsing the Causalie section, I saw their cleansing water and read really good reviews. Maybe this could be a contender?
Have you guys tried any of these products? I'd love to know your thoughts!
