Bare Minerals has released two awesome value eye sets in their "Bare Tutorials" collection. I recently picked up the Bare Tutorials "Neutral Eyes" Kit ($29.50) which includes a READY Eye Shadow Duo (The Overachiever), 5 in 1 BB Eye Shadow Primer (Soft Linen), Lasting Line Eye Liner (Lasting Brown, and double ended Blend and Contour Brush.
Bare Minerals always does GREAT value sets, especially for the eyes. There's actually two collections you can pick from: The Neutral Eyes and The Smokey Eyes.
I absolutely love the packaging of this set. It comes in a gorgeous tin box that can be used for so many different things. Generally sets that have this great of a value don't have keep sake packaging! Plus, it even has an insert where all of your products can go for travel.
I don't think anyone who loves neutral eyes would disagree when I say this collection nails the neutral aspect! The READY Duo is such a beautiful every day palette that can be worn sheer for a day time look or built up for more of a night time look.
I like the fact that they added in a brown liner instead of black. I generally prefer brown for my every day looks! The 5 in 1 BB Eye Shadow Primer is a nice new touch they added to the collection. These were just released and I think it gives customers a great option to give it a try with their eye look.
As far as the brush goes, I actually used it to create my entire eye look. It's actually a decent size, not like a flimsy mini brush or sponge tip applicator you would normally find in eye collections.
I really have nothing negative to say about this kit. I couldn't believe how cheap they are! I think it is definitely well worth the money for the products you're getting! What did you guys think? :)
