Happy Monday! I was browsing around Khol's this weekend and of course, couldn't pass up the amazing new LORAC aisle in the cosmetics section. I noticed two small palettes off by themselves, with no label to indicate what they were. I saw the "Lorac PRO" writing on them immediately and knew for sure that they had to be eye palettes!
I opened one up and sure enough, there were three gorgeous neutral eye shades! I wanted to share this find with you plus an eye look I did using the Pocket Pro! These palettes are $15. Enjoy!
This is obviously a small palette. Quite a bit smaller than the Urban Decay NAKED Basics! However, it's an awesome trio to have if you're just starting out with perhaps the "smoky eye" technique. Also, it's ideal for travel. Since the shades are so neutral, you can guarantee it will match everything!
Each shade is packed with rich color payoff. I was so pleased with the pigment in these shadows! "Nude" even snuck up on my with the amount of shine it gave off. I noticed once I got outside that I had went a little heavy on the highlight. They're amazing quality shadows!
I would have liked to have seen a slightly lighter shade than Pewter. On my light skintone, it almost blended into the Espresso shade too much. This will obviously change when I get a little tanner for summer time. Regardless, each shade was rich and beautiful!
Overall, I think this palette would be great for all neutral lovers, especially ones who are on the go a lot! Also, it's a great beginners palette! Since it only contains 3 eye shadows, it isn't overwhelming or intimidating - you know where each shade goes and how they can be used differently.
What did you guys think about the "Pocket PRO" Palette? :)
Thanks for reading! Until next time...
