I just realized that I hardly EVER share my YouTube videos on my blog. I guess I feel as if they are two separate worlds but they obviously aren't considering they are both beauty related (for the most part).
Since today is the first day of July, I thought I would share what beauty products I was loving (and still am) throughout the month of June! And if you're up to it, I've linked my video where you can watch me talk more in depth about the products. Plus witness a couple awkward moments ;)
PINK Luminous Body Bronzer: This has been my go-to self tanner for the past month. I don't know if you would consider it to be a "true" self tanner since it washes off when you shower but I absolutely LOVE it! It's quick to apply and lasts all day. I never have a problem with it transferring on my clothes.
Yes to Coconut Cleansing Wipes: Eeek! I was so excited when I found these. I'm obsessed with anything coconut scented. These are my new favorite wipes of all time and I'm hoping this isn't just a seasonal Yes to line! They're super hydrating and take off my makeup great!
Up & Up (Target) Makeup Brushes: This is a slightly unusual favorite for me this month. I generally stick with my Real Techniques and Sigma brushes but I recently picked up a couple brushes from "Up & Up", which is Target's brand. Ever since, I have not put them down. Especially the powder brush which is an amzing multi task brush! These are super soft and amazing quality. The price is unbeatable and I've ordered more online since the selection was sparse in stores. I would definitely recommend these brushes if you're on a budget but need something that is going to do the job AND MORE!
BECCA Bronzing Skin Perfector: I feel like I have a prouct from BECCA every month! This has been my latest discovery thanks to a Sephora sample I received. The Bronzing Skin Perfector is kind of like a bronzing primer for your skin. It feels very smoothing when you apply it, yet it still bronzes your face to perfection! I love using this because my face is naturally very pale. This allows my face to actually match my foundation. Plus, it has been doubling as my primer!
MAC "Something Special" Cremeblend Blush: If you didn't see my review over this blush I will link it here. I've been mentioning how much I love MAC's Cremeblend blush formula lately. I decided to go for another color and decided on "Something Special". It's not a shade I would normally go for but I'm glad I did because it's the perfect pinky/coral shade for summer!
NYX Butter Gloss in "Madeline": I feel like it's difficult to find a good nude gloss that actually has pigment to it. I'm so glad I stumbled upon "Madeline" by NYX because it has been my go-to nude gloss ever since. The pigment is great. It's not too brown, not too pink, and not too nude. It looks great alone but especially on top of nude lipsticks (MAC Blankety and Half n Half have been my favorite combos).
PINK Fresh and Clean Fragrance: I cannot get enough of this scent. I know it has been a classic PINK fragrance for a long time but I am just now rediscovering it. I love how fresh and amazing it makes me smell. I've just been obsessed and that's all I can say!
Urban Decay "All Nighter" Makeup Setting Spray: I don't know how I have lived without this product for so long! I was using the NYX Dewey Finish Setting Spray for a long time but there wasn't a "wow factor" there for me. Sure, it refreshed my face, but I didn't notice anything more than that. I finally decided to try All Nighter and I immediately noticed a difference in how my makeup looked and lasted throughout the day. It literally makes your makeup look fresh and natural no matter what time of the day it is. I keep a mini bottle in my purse to spray on my face throughout the day because I love it that much. It's amazing!
Loreal Infallible Gel Liner: I don't have amazing things to say about this. I have just really been liking it lately since I've been back into Gel liners. It's super black, easy to apply, and lasts all day.
NYX Control Freak Brow Gel: If you're in the market for a brow gel that is truly going to hold your brows in place all day, don't hesistate to pick this up. It's just as good as the $20 brow gels I've tried yet it only costs a few bucks. It's legit! Plus, it doesn't clump thick laters of gel into your brows when you brush through!
What have you guys been loving recently? Let me know! :)
