Hi everyone! Hope your weekend went well! I went on a bit of a "mini" shopping spree last Thursday and when I say mini, well, I really mean it. I managed to pick up a TON of trial size products. One of them being the mini LORAC Tantalizer Baked Bronzer.
I've seen this numerous times at my local beauty stores but never could force myself to get the full size of it. I was in luck when I spotted it in the checkout section at ULTA for $7 (full size $32). I immediately scooped it up! It's swirled with light, dark, and even luminous colors - really gorgeous in my opinion.
For some reason, I was expecting this to be a dark bronzer. However, it's definitely more on the sheer side. I would say women with fair to light/medium skin tones would enjoy this. I love a good luminous bronzer and this one gives a beautiful glow to the skin. It reminds me of The Balm's Betty Lou-Manizer only lighter and slightly more warm.
The texture is a bit harder than expected as well. I really have to build it up with my brush to get a darker effect. This may be because the product is smaller and it's a bit harder to get a brush in it. This honestly doesn't bother me because I prefer a buildable bronzer over one that packs a dark punch.
Here I'm wearing it pretty lightly, mostly in the contours of my cheeks. I love how natural and luminous it looks! The interesting thing about this baked bronzer is that it can also be worn on the body. I've seen a couple beauty bloggers showcase this and it looks quite radiant and natural (I think it would be hard to try this on the body based on the size of the mini compact ha ha)
Overall, I've really been enjoying it. I think it would be a fun bronzer to use in the summer time based on its radiant finish. It also gives a beautiful warmth to the skin!
Have you guys tried the TANtalizer? Let me know below!
Thanks for reading!
Until next time...
