It Cosmetics "Bye Bye Under Eye" Concealer

Welcome back, guys! For today's post, I'm sharing an interesting find I picked up on my last visit to Ulta. I've been hearing a lot about "It" Cosmetics lately so when I passed their section at Ulta, I couldn't help but to browse around for some much hyped products.

When I saw the "Bye Bye Under Eye" Concealer ($24), I remember seeing a few people talk about it on YouTube but never go into detail. I grabbed the tester and squeezed a bit onto the back of my hand and it was probably the most exciting experience I've ever had with a concealer (corny I know, but my makeup addicts will understand). The swatch literally could have covered a tattoo, I'm almost positive. I didn't hesitate to add it to my bag after seeing how great it covered, along with the strange texture which I'll elaborate on later into the post!
I ended up choosing the second lightest shade, "Neutral Medium". I generally pick the lightest shade in concealers, however, the lightest shade in this particular brand was VERY light (almost white). Neutral Medium has a bit of a pink/neutral undertone. It's very similar to my MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in "NW20" for those of you who have a similar skin tone as mine.

Rarely do I struggle with dark circles. My main use for concealer is to hide my freckles and brighten my under eye area. The Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer really does a great job of camouflaging my freckles and evening out my under eye area for a brighter look.

I want to go ahead and warn you that this is by far the THICKEST concealer I have ever stumbled across. It can be a bit of a struggle to blend into the skin. I've been melting it with my fingers for about 10 seconds then going in with a pointed foundation brush to further blend out.

Despite the fact that it is thick, I can't feel it throughout the day. The best part of all is that I don't experience creasing with this product at all, which is a huge problem I have with under eye products. It appears very natural and feels great.

I have to admit, I've been slightly obsessed with this concealer! If you're looking for a great heavy duty concealer (especially for dark circles) give this product a shot! I hope to hear more about it in the future because it deserves some more hype :)

Thanks for reading!
Until next time...
