Sally Hansen "Fuzzy Coat" Textured Nail Polish

We've all seen glitter polish and even "confetti" polish. But have you heard of the latest "fuzzy" polish by Sally Hansen? This unique polish transforms your nails into a 3D textured fiber effect, leaving your nails with a fuzzy surprise!

Sally Hansen's latest campaign " I Heart My Nail Art " will have you so inspired to try something fun and exciting on your nails! If you're looking for a change in your regular nail routine, look no further than the "Fuzzy Coat" textured nail color!

As soon as I looked at the Sally Hansen "Fuzzy Coat" display in Walgreens I was immediately attracted to "Fuzzy Fantasy" (light lime green) and "Wool Lite" (baby pink). Both of these colors made me think of a fresh summer watermelon, which is what I decided to recreate with my Sally Hansen Fuzzy Coat choices!

I love the color combo of a pretty feminine pink paired with a bright lime green! I think it's a perfect pair for summer. Not to mention, this is also a unique look for back to school. I know when the first week of classes roll around I'm on top of my beauty game - curling my hair, doing my makeup, and perfecting my nails, this watermelon inspired mani will be fun, colorful, AND let's not forget, fuzzy - a perfect conversation starter for new friends!

Do you see how awesome the texture of this polish is?! It's literally 3D nail art! Fuzzy Coat comes in 8 unique colors to fulfill all of your fuzzy inspirations!

Tips for Recreating This Look:
  • Have a pointed nail tool on hand to move the "fuzzies" around into your desired spot. I used a cuticle pusher for this. If you're simply painting a solid color, this probably won't be necessary.
  • To get the layered "fuzzy" look, apply a least two coats. I applied three coats to some of the tips for added color.
  • Massage cuticles or use a cuticle remover before applying the polish to achieve that perfectly polished look. I used Sally Hansen Cuticle Massage Cream. I also enjoy Sally Hansen Instant Cuticle Remover which dissolves your unmanageable cuticles within seconds.

The texture of this polish is indescribable! I spent all day walking around asking friends and family to feel of my nails, they all thought it was the coolest thing ever!

Ready to give Fuzzy Coat a shot?
Walgreens is having a sale the week of 8/18 on the Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure and Fuzzy Coat Polishes, which will be 2 polishes for $10. If you're looking to try these fuzzy guys out I'd definitely recommend checking out Walgreens for this sale! Make sure to use your Walgreens Balance Rewards card so you can be eligible for the sale! It literally takes a minute to sign up, plus it's free and you get all of the sale prices, including the Sally Hansen sale!
