Hi everyone! Back with another lifestyle blog for you all! This week I decided to share a quick and simple meal that I recently fixed up. This meal is perfect for a single dinner or if you simply want a smaller portioned dinner.
Parmesan Seasoned Pork Chops with Sauteed Mushrooms
What You Will Need:
- 1 pork chop
- 1 pack of Kraft Parmesan Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 pack of sliced Baby Bella mushrooms
- Fresh Garlic
- Soy Sauce
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
- Season Pork Chop with Salt and Pepper
- Rub Parmesan Seasoning over both sides of the pork chop (generously)
- Place Pork Chop in a pan and bake for 45 minutes
- After the pork chop is cooked fully you may season extra if needed. Enjoy!
- Tip- To prevent the pork chop from becoming "mushy" or "soggy" from the juices, place the pork chop on a wire tray.
Prep/Directions for Mushrooms:
- Wash Mushrooms
- Preheat the skillet by adding the fresh garlic and letting it brown before adding mushrooms
- After garlic has browned, add the mushrooms.
- Add soy sauce to the mushrooms as they cook (about 1/4 cup depending on how many mushrooms you are cooking)
- The mushrooms should start to caramelize a small amount (this gives the mushrooms an amazing flavor!)
- Add a small amount of pepper before placing the mushrooms on your plate.
Excuse the hot pink plate! I haven't found the right dishes for my new apartment yet, so I just have fun summer plates! haha!
I hope you all enjoyed this dinner post. This meal is SO easy to do and perfect for a night when you don't have much time to prepare dinner. I'll see you in the next post!
Have a lovely day. -Shelbey
