Dupe for High End Hair Renewal Creams

Hi everyone! I apologize for the lack of posts lately. I have moved to a new location and I've yet to get my internet turned on *sighs*. I wanted to do a post for you all today. However it is from my iPhone, so please hang in there with me!

I know the craze right now in hair care is hair renewal products (masques, creams, leave in products etc.) However, the price for a fancy product claiming to save your hair from all of its damage could rob your wallet.

I have recently been using two different hair repair products (one in the month of may an one in June).

Pureology Reconstruct Repair- this is a high end hair masque only sold at professional salons and hair care stores. I received this from my stylist after I had mention that my hair was so damaged. I am a big fan of Pureology so I was almost 100% positive this masque would work. After using almost the entire bottle I noticed no difference in my hair. The texture was still coarse and my hair was still damaged. Retailing for around $32 dollars I don't believe it is worth the price.

Tresemme Protein Renewal Creme- I stumbled upon this cream in Walgreens and to my surprise it was on sale for $2.99! I was a little iffy about buying a drugstore repair product due to all the chemicals you generally find in them. However, I was so shocked with this product! I have been using it for almost a month now an it has worked wonders on my hair! I apply some in with my Pureology conditioner and it has been fantastic. I saw immediate results after gettin out of the shower. My hair was so soft and manageable. I didn't even have to straighten it! Recently I've just been blow drying it and the texture is so soft and manageable. I highly recommend this for dry and frizzy hair! Compared with Pureology the price is SIGNIFICANTLY lower. Tresemme Nourishing Rituals Protein Renewal Creme retails from $4-9 dollars. Like I said though, I only paid $2.99! I am so excited to try the whole Nourishing Rituals collection now!
