  2. Hi Shelby, love your blogs and tutorials, they have been an inspiration to Me. I am a huge fan of bareminerals and really adore the look of the new adrenaline color boost ready compact but being in the UK we get every new release miles behind america. Was wondering if you would be willing to send me the adrenaline color boost? I'd be happy to pay with PayPal.

    1. Hello,

I work at a spa line of Bare Minerals which means we aren't a full boutique. Unfortunately, we are unable to get the Power of Neutrals collection right now. I don't know if we will be able to get it in later in the year or if it isn't going to be offered to us at all. I'm sorry. I can definitely let you know. In the mean time, I believe QVC offers a customer service line for international shipping. Hope this helps!

  3. Hi Shelbey,
I was looking into switching my make up routine and would like to try bare minerals. What are the essential products to start out with? Also, what brushes would you begin with? I understand there are many great products but I would like to start out with the essentials and then build. Thank you for your time.

  6. Hi Shelbey,

I am a new bare minerals user. I bought a few items, of course the basics; foundation, bronzer, blush, concealer, highlighter, and primer. I am however a bit skeptical about the highlighter I bought, luminizer duo and the concealer, well rested eye brightener (liquid). I haven't heard such great reviews, can you suggested a better highlighter suggestion and a concealer that will cover dark under eyes and blemishes better?

    Thanks

  7. Hello there Shelby, I think you are really lovely and you've been so helpful too! I'm in my fifties and my problem area is really dark circles under my eyes and sunken darkness at the inner corners. I'm not getting anywhere near full coverage with Well Rested and the full coverage concealer brush... I'm beginning to really loathe patting the brush around my eyes, actually, as the brush is too wide to get to the sunken inner corner of my eye and so I use it side on, which is a loathsome experience! So I was very excited when on one of your YouTube tutorials you mentioned how Well Rested was so much better using the Real Techniques contour brush, rather than the BM Full Coverage concealer brush. It would be marvellous if you would post a tutorial showing how to get full coverage with the fluffy contour brush.Would you be willing to post a tutorial showing exactly how to do it? I get the impression that quite a few of us would welcome a different way to conceal. Thanks so much, and keep up the great work

  8. Hi S. Thank you sooooo v much for your wonderful tutorials. I've long been a make up lover but, as I've come into my 60s, let myself go a bit. You've rejuvenated my interest and self-pride and I'm now a total convert, particularly to all things BM,
I wonder if you could give me some quick advice? I was colour matched in a store recently and, while I was in the mall, it looked great. However, on getting home I became less convinced. I watched your in depth video on matching and realised that she'd given me Medium Tan, a definite Cool colour. Whereas, all my life I've had an olive/sallow skin and when Prescriptions were doing custom matching I was in the Yellow/Orange range. I've since bought Medium Beige, which is much better, though a tad light for this time of year. I'm thinking of getting Medium Gold. Any suggestions? And could you tell me whether I should be able to exchange the original incorrect colour, even though the seal is broken? Many thanks. Elaine.

  9. Hi Shelby, I have recently started using bare minerals makeup as I was wearing heavy foundation and as a result. I was recommended to use the bare minerals ready foundation to get better coverage. I'm finding the starter kit very good and it feels so light on my skin. I am having issues with pores on my t zone, when I apply the foundation the pores are very noticeable. Would you recommend any products for this? I have combination skin and still get regular breakouts. I'm keen to spend some more money on bare minerals products. \

  10. Shelbey,

I have been a subscriber to your YouTube channel for awhile now and thoroughly enjoy your videos and your personality. I haven't used BM for about the past 3 or 4 years and recently tried using it again. I seem to be getting a reaction to it and I remember in one of your videos you mentioned that some people are sensitive to the bismuth oxychloride in BM. In that video you suggested an alternate and I can't remember what it was. I have searched your channel, but don't seem to be able to find the video anymore. If you could refresh my memory on the alternate, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks

  11. Can you make a video on your favorite self tanners? We have the same skin tone and I purchased the Nivea Gradual tanner you mentioned in one of your videos but I would like to know what you use for an instant tan. Drugstore and high end would be great :) Love your channel Shelbey you are such a genuine person and so beautiful.
